In preparation for the launch of Hypercage in September, I am putting together an advanced reader team.

What does that mean?

It’s a chance at getting an early copy of Hypercage, and in return I will give you a free copy of my full novel Superstruct. If you can keep leaving me reviews, I will always keep you on the advanced reader team, and you will get all my books early and for free.

What do I need to do?

Leave an honest review of Hypercage. That’s it.

What’s the catch?

I need for you to be able to leave a review on or around launch day.

Because reviews are one of the most critical aspects of being an author. Without reviews, a story cannot find readers, as it makes it more difficult for readers to judge whether or not it will be worth their time to read it.

And, without reviews, it is not possible to promote a book. Book promotion sites require that a book needs X amount of reviews in order to be accepted for advertising.

It’s a vicious circle. No reviews, can’t promote. Can’t promote, no readers and therefore no reviews.

What’s Hypercage about?

Here’s the blurb, reader feedback and the cover.

Reality unravels in ways unimaginable

Hypercage is the first instalment in Craig Lea Gordon’s Instant Reality series. A far-future Cyberpunk series…

Jacked into the construct and primed for combat, Pterax is on a desperate mission to save his capital ship. On his approach to the enemy Dreadnought, the commanding voice returns.
Can he resist its demands or will he succumb to its bidding, and cause reality to unravel in ways unimaginable?

Due for release September 2016.

“It’s like Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep and Flowers for Algernon had a baby.”

“The action scenes are really tense, and the descriptions are excellent. When it’s gripping, it’s really gripping, and the world you’ve managed to build in such few places is dark and vivid. Great stuff!”

“I want more! I want to further explore this world and its characters.”

“Hypercage and Transmit were such good reads that if your full-length novel was out right now I would buy it. And I’m sure I’m not the only one.”

“It’s a great, tight story that has a relatable protagonist. Zips along with consistent momentum and creates enough intrigue to sustain interest to the end.”

“You have created a modern day Orwellian dystopian fiction which is really unique. I’ve never seen this before.”
